1Eligibility Criteria

To use jazbazz, you must meet the following requirements. These are stated plainly to ensure there is no misunderstanding.

• You must be 18 years of age or older. jazbazz does not permit minors to open an account and reserves the right to verify your age.
• Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Incorrect information will cause account verification to fail and may result in withdrawals being held.
• If using jazbazz's services is prohibited under your local laws, you are not permitted to use this platform. It is entirely the user's responsibility to ensure compliance.
• jazbazz employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to open an account.

2Account Rules

Your jazbazz account is your responsibility. Please keep the following in mind.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. If you need to withdraw to a different method, please contact support.
• Approved withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Failed or incomplete deposits are automatically reversed within 24 hours. If this does not happen, contact support with your transaction ID.

4Betting Policy

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the Cash Out feature is available and active.
• If a technical error is found in the odds, jazbazz reserves the right to void the bet and refund the original stake.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, your full stake will be refunded, unless a predetermined amount of play has already been completed.
• If there is any suspicion that the outcome of a team or player's performance has been deliberately manipulated, jazbazz reserves the right to place the relevant bet under investigation.
• In live betting, odds may change due to delays. If a bet is accepted at revised odds, the user will be shown a confirmation message.
• If a match in an accumulator bet is cancelled, that leg will be settled at odds of 1.00 and the remaining selections will stand.

Jazbazz's decision is final in any betting-related dispute. However, users may submit a detailed query to support, and jazbazz will review it impartially.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Jazbazz offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Some general terms that apply to these are outlined below.

• Every bonus comes with its own wagering requirements. Please read the terms carefully before accepting any bonus.
• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registrants only. Any attempt to claim bonuses by opening multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus money require a specific wager turnover to be met before withdrawal. This is typically 10–20x for Sports Betting and 20–35x for casino games.
• Bonuses are typically valid for 7–30 days. If the wagering requirement is not met within this period, the bonus will be forfeited.
